There is only 19 days left until the end of winter… Hello spring, oh how i´ve missed you!!
So to give winter a proper goodbye I think a fun way to do so is to give yourself a relaxing pamper session, and here is a fun and inexpensive way to do it at home.

To start off it´s very important to remove all of your make up. I like using Bioderma´s micellar solution,
it´s a gentle way to remove all of your make up and it´s specially formulated for sensitive skin, but I think it´s a wonderful make-up remover for all skin types. Then wash your face to make sure there is no make up left in your skin. I used Bioderma´s Purifying cleansing foaming gel and my Foreo luna for oily to combination skin. It helps you to clean your face better than just using your hands, and it doesn’t irritate the skin. After cleansing your face it´s always nice to apply an eye cream regardless of your age. Choose the right one for you’re needs, you might only need a simple hydrating eye cream or a more intensive eye treatment, I used Bobbi Browns Hydrating eye cream.

Once you have your face prepped up it´s a good idea to apply a face mask and submerge yourself in a nice hot bath with a fizzy bath bomb. For face mask in this occasion I used dr. organic organic dead sea mineral bio-plasma mud mask ( well that was a mouthful).
To prepare your skin for the spring (that means more skin showing) it´s always a good idea to use a body exfoliator to eliminate dead skin cells and leave your skin smooth and soft. I used one from de body shop,
vineyard peach cream body scrub, which smells DELICIOUS!!
Once you´re out of the bath apply body cream or a body butter to maintain your skin hydrated, my ABSOLUTE favourite at the moment is Magic touch cherry blossom and rice milk from Rituals, it smells incredibly good, it has a nice floral sent that follows you around all day. After that for you more dry areas or if you have any scars or stretch marks you can also use Bio-Oil.

To finish it all off don’t forget your nails, a nice at home manicure can lift your spirits, and to get into the spring mood i chose tart deco form Essie and i also used Westbourne gardens from nails inc. for a statement nail. Don’t forget to use some nail polish remover even if you are not wearing any nail polish just to make sure the nail surface is free form any product before you start applying it. Enjoy!
