Long name huh? This Dior palette contains a base primer, 4 neutral eyeshadows and a black gel liner.

Lets start with the base primer. I have to say that I have never seen a powder base primer before, and I don't really understand it. Basically I use it as a all over lid to set my Urban Decay eye primer, it evens out the skin tone and helps the eyeshadows blend better.

The 4 neutral eyeshadows go very well together, they aren't the most pigmented but they are definitely build-able. The colours aren't completely matte, but aren't shimmery either, they have a subtle je ne sais quoi that brighten up the eye.

The liner isn't my favourite, it isn't pigmented enough for my taste and it is a bit difficult to work with. I can only make it work if I want to go for a smokey eye just using the liner because it is very easy to smudge. Personally I don't think its a great idea to have a gel liner next to the eyeshadows because with time the powder from the eyeshadows is bound to transfer onto the liner.

All in all I really like this palette even though its a bit pricey. But if you are in the mood to treat yourself or a friend to a princess palette and you are into neutrals then this palette might be for you!
